This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to information collected by Novel Media, LLC d/b/a Bethany Kruska Photography (“Company”, “we” or “us”), on our website located at www.bethanykruska.com and bethanykruskaphotography.com, or any feature, photography service or application offered, publicized or otherwise promoted from time to time by the website (collectively, the “Website”).  This document outlines our privacy practices, including how we collect and use information obtained from visitors to and users of our Website. We may also use PII such as your name and/or photograph, in combination with other information provided by you, in connection with photographs provided by us to you as set forth in more detail on our Website and in our Terms of Use (the “Photos”).  We may use such PII in connection with the Photos for our marketing and promotional purposes in connection with our business, including without limitation, in our portfolio of photos shown to existing and prospective clients, in any medium.  You understand that your name and photograph may be made publicly available to our clients and therefore will not be kept confidential.

We may, through our Website and/or otherwise, also collect certain non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”), such as your IP type, IP host address, ISP address, cookie IDs and segment IDs associated with cookie IDs, pages viewed and/or search terms entered, browser type, operating system, duration and frequency of visits, anonymous usage statistics, clickstream data, downloads, and other anonymized demographic information such as age and gender .  On mobile devices, we may also collect device type, make and model, operating system, carrier, user ID, similar device IDs, and information about the apps you use. We use the Non-PII we collect through our Website for a variety of purposes, including to analyze interactions with and performance of our Website and to customize and improve the consumer experience.  We may also provide access to or share Non-PII with third parties for various business purposes. 

We do not sell your PII to third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for any use of your PII by or through any of the social media platforms. Information Relating to Children

Our web site is designed for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
